About the Role

As an HR Administrator at DSV, you will be part of an experienced HR team and have the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of administrative tasks. You will play a key role in ensuring that HR administration runs smoothly and efficiently, as well as relieving colleagues of tasks as needed. The position is initially a consultancy assignment for four months, with the possibility of extension.

The following tasks are included in the role of HR Administrator:

- Check and update employment contracts

- Upload diplomas and certificates in the HR system

- Handle HR-related issues such as employer certificates and relocation agreements

- Check probationary employment and temporary positions

- Administer and manage questions regarding company cars and pool cars

About You

To thrive in this role, we see that you are a person with great attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. You are self-driven, structured, and have a positive attitude towards taking on varied tasks. You thrive in a fast-changing environment, possess good communication skills, and can collaborate well in a team.

We are looking for someone who has:

- Experience in administrative work within HR.

- A good understanding of basic HR processes, such as handling employment contracts and employer certificates

- Education in HR is an advantage

- Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

- Good system skills and general IT competence

Additional Information

Start: Immediately

Location: Landskrona

Scope: Full-time

Assignment duration: Until August 2026

Salary: By agreement

A background check will be conducted on candidates who proceed in the process. Drug and alcohol tests, as well as personality tests, will also be conducted prior to employment.
